Statement of Warranty
Lemco Tool Corporation warrants to the original buyer each new Lemco item to be free from defects in material and/ or workmanship when used for the intended purpose. The manufacturer's obligation and liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any part or parts which shall within one year after date of original purchase be returned to the manufacturer with transportation charges prepaid, and which the manufacturer's examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to have been defective. This warranty does not cover a product or component subjected to abuse, improper operation or modification. Components available as spare parts, such as blades, that require anticipated, periodic replacement are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantibility and fitness for a particular purpose. Lemco Tool Corporation makes no warranty with respect to any part or parts (such as: chain, hooks, distribution items) which are separately warranted by the respective manufacturer.
Cable Reel Trailers
Lemco Tool Corporation warrants to the original buyer of each new Lemco Cable Reel Trailer to be free from defects in material and/ or workmanship under normal use and service and under loading within the stated load capacity. This warranty shall only apply to Lemco Trailers, which are registered with the manufacturer at the time of original purpose. The manufacturer's obligation and liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any part or parts which shall within 180 days after date of original purchase be returned to Lemco with transportation charges prepaid, and which the manufacturer's examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to have been defective. This warranty shall be void as to any Lemco Trailer that is altered or modified in any manner. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Lemco Tool Corporation makes no warranty with respect to any part or parts (such as: tires and lights) which are separately warranted by the respective manufacturer.
