The Chute guides the cable from the trailer into the path of the strand. The cast aluminum shoe features a UHMW friction-free wear strip. The zinc plated steel suspension hardware pivots freely under a three-bolt clamp (not provided) to compensate for trailer/ strand misalignment. Wt. 11 lbs.
